A Training College for the Teachers of The Visually Impaired was established in July 2000 to render holistic services in making the visually impaired person a useful citizen of the society. The college started its D.Ed course initially and from the academic year 2014-15 started B.Ed. Spl. Education Course. It is one of the best institutions in the
country for execution of the persons with Disabilities Act – Equal Opportunity, Protection of Rights and Full participation of the Disabled.Located on the North-West of HALDIA PORT, on the Chaitanyapur-Kurahati.
